Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and za22 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the za22 website located at https://za22.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the za22 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

za22 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. These Terms apply to all users accessing the Service from any location, including users based in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of each user to confirm that participation in online gambling activities is lawful in their jurisdiction before engaging with any aspect of the Service.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on za22, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your account. za22 does not permit access to its gambling-related services by individuals below this age threshold.
• You must be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by local law. The determination of lawfulness is entirely your responsibility.
• You must not be a self-excluded player, either through a self-exclusion request made directly to za22 or through a third-party responsible gambling scheme recognised by the operator.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of another individual for the purposes of registering or operating an Account.
• You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times.
• You must not have had a previous Account suspended or permanently closed by za22 for a breach of these Terms or any other policy.

Registration & Accounts

Upon completing the registration process, you will be assigned a unique Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Terms of Use

The za22 platform is made available for lawful entertainment and informational purposes only. Your use of the Service is subject to the following conditions:

• You will use the Service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any technical security measure, limitation or access control implemented by za22.
• You will not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the platform's infrastructure or disrupt other users' access.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. za22 makes no representation that any game, sport or wager will result in a profit for the User.
• All bets, wagers and game rounds are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the User except where the platform's own error is established through the formal dispute resolution process.
• za22 reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that it determines, in its reasonable discretion, to have been placed in error, as a result of system malfunction or in connection with prohibited conduct.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on za22 are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional conditions published in the cashier section of the platform. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

za22 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, birthday rewards and referral credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available only to eligible Users as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Eligibility conditions may include Account tier, deposit history, geographic location and verification status.
• A Wagering Requirement must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 20x wagering requirement would require total wagers of PKR 20,000 before withdrawal of winnings is permitted. This is an illustrative example only; actual requirements are specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the time limit.
• za22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus, promotion or associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, system error, collusion or abuse of the promotion's intent.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held separately within your Account. The order in which real funds and bonus funds are wagered is determined by the platform's rules, as displayed in the cashier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the za22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any Account balance, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information; impersonating another person; or using stolen payment instruments.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus harvesting, coordinated wagering to satisfy requirements without genuine risk, and systematic withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings in breach of applicable terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the za22 platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to otherwise facilitate financial crime. za22 is subject to AML compliance obligations and maintains the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker formats or coordinated accumulator strategies.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated tool to interact with games or betting markets in a manner not expressly permitted by za22.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider in respect of a legitimate Account deposit. All chargeback disputes will be contested vigorously and may result in Account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or access gambling services while under the minimum age threshold, or knowingly enabling access by a minor.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, graphics, trademarks, text and other materials available on the za22 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of za22 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property belonging to za22 or its third-party partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of za22 content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any loss arising from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to losses sustained through sports betting, casino games or any other wagering activity;
• Any interruption, error, delay or failure in the availability of the platform resulting from circumstances beyond za22's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds or content published on the platform where such information is subject to change without notice;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, za22's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

Responsible Gambling

za22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. The following tools are available to all registered Account holders and may be activated from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control the amount you fund your Account over a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum stake permitted per bet or game round.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the gambling features of your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing gambling services through za22. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration specified and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which za22 is formally registered and operates. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Service from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable Pakistani legislation. za22 does not warrant that the Service complies with Pakistani law, and access from Pakistan is entirely at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

za22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, za22 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify their effective date.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Service and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.3 above.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.
